Norman has served as an employee group benefits consultant creating comprehensive custom plans since 1969. He has designed, implemented and managed hundreds of employee compensation programs for employers in a myriad of different industries

Norman holds the CLU – Chartered Life Underwriter designation and is licensed to sell life, accident and sickness insurance in British Columbia and Alberta.

Christopher Redcliffe, CFP

Account Manager

Chris has informally been a student of the insurance industry from a very early age – visiting with clients and running errands for his father as far back as he can remember. In 2006, Chris formally joined Redcliffe Financial Group and has since been studying various areas of financial planning while managing and growing the business under Norman’s mentorship.

Chris has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Business Option from the University of Victoria.

He has also completed the following courses and designations:

• Certified Financial Planner (CFP)
• Canadian Securities Course (CSC)
• Certified Senior Advisor Course (CSA)

Chris is fluent in English, French and Spanish.

Chris is mutual fund licensed in British Columbia and is licensed to sell life, accident and sickness insurance in British Columbia and Alberta.
